I am not a factory or a traditional brick and mortar store front so things work a little differently here...

Step 1.

Place your order. There is plenty to choose from and if you don't see what you want OR you would like something listed on the site other than the feature, just go to the Contact Cocoa page and ask! Your sugar coated wish is my command! This month I am asking that you all order your favorite cookies and ALL profits will be sent to Flint, Michigan to help in their efforts to provide clean water to its residents. Help me make a change and be rewarded sweetly for your donation!

Step 2.

Look for an email confirmation that will verify that your payment has been processed successfully.

Step 3.

The waiting game. Orders take about 1-2 days (weekends included) to be delivered or ready for pick up so plan accordingly. You will receive an email or text/call if you provided a phone number letting you know your order is ready. Everything is made from scratch after the order has been processed so it does take time. Please keep this in mind when placing orders for events and special occasions. Larger orders cannot be processed on the website, you must wait for an invoice from me via email.
